Phở Saigon Noodle House

I heard the basic dishes such as pho and bun are quite good. But I wanted to be adventurous this time and try the uncommon dishes. I love the fact that they have Vietnamese street food, such as rice crepe, turnip cake with egg, and egg omelette with shrimp and bean sprout. Hard to find in other places. I am afraid I find the flavor a bit lacking in all three dishes, and despite adding a lot of fish sauce, they still tasted bland to me. I think the rice crepe is ok. I won’t really recommend the turnip cake. Normally I love chinese turnip cake and this really has much less flavor than the chinese ones (try Red Maple or Cafe Ahn Hong for chinese ones). The restaurant decor is ok. I find the crevasses a bit dirty. I like it has plenty of parking.

I’ve been a regular for a long time, and while the food itself is generally good, the quality has been getting worse. There is no friendly greeting, no customer check-ins, and almost no smiles from the staff. This has been the case for at least my last twenty visits but I still left a tip every time I was there .. The older woman at the cashier hasn’t smiled once in all of 2025, and her interaction with customers on my last visit was terrible. I won’t be coming here as often anymore. Also, the restroom was disgusting during my most recent visit and needs immediate attention.”**

best pho and best price! i was spending $50 on 2 Pho from different place and this pho is a larger serving for less money. highly recommend!! i included the menu in my photos as well.

Best pho in Utah. Me and my boyfriend come at least once a week. Food comes quick - staff is nice 10/10

Went to this little spot yesterday with a friend! Friendly staff and good food! If you love Pho, the broth here is delicious. Good portion size for it too! They also have options so if you want a smaller bowl you can order it. Their spring rolls were super delicious as well! Good sauces and large menu to pick from. Can’t wait to come back and try some more things!
