Sobe Eats Brunch & Catering

Sobe Eats catered my daughters wedding reception and they did such an amazing job! We had 300+ people attend the reception. They went above and beyond to make sure there were no long lines for this large crowd. They keep their truck very clean and this added to the event. Some guests exclaimed “yes!!! Sobe Eats is here!” When they arrived. The tacos were amazing and everyone was so happy! Thank you Sobe eats for making this such a special day for my daughter. I would highly recommend Sobe eats for any sort of party, large or small.

I'm so glad I finally got to eat at their newest dining spot! Sobe eats is one of my favorite food trucks so I knew their new place was going to be amazing. And YES everything we ate was delicious. The space is super cute and right off the freeway. Every dish was beautiful and tasty. I can't wait to go back and try the rest of the menu!

Beautiful hidden gem of a restaurant with beautiful and flavorful food and top-shelf chefs! We came late in the day and missed the morning rush so had the privilege to sit and chat with the owners/master chefs. Their story is fantastic and their experience is really unmatched. These guys have dialed in their concept and balance a massive catering business and their full service options masterfully. We had the chilaquiles which were off the charts and fully loaded and the Carne Asada which as well was a large portion and served with delightful nopales, grilled onions, authentic quesadillas and an extra tortilla to join the ride. The tortillas were fantastic and the value for the quality of food is really off the charts. I told the chef that they needed to raise their prices for the qualit

delicious food & such pretty presentation! we ordered the birria chilaquiles & the pambazo benedict, and finished every last bit. super flavorful. we also tried their concha French toast & just couldn't stop eating it! the bread they use is the perfect consistency, not too dry but not soggy. lastly my mom tried the nube rosa mocktail and it was so cute!! loved the grapefruit. overall had a great experience here & hope to return soon with my friends :)
