Great little Vietnamese spot with outdoor dining in Boise. Service was excellent as was the food. The beef in the beef salad was too sweet for me, but I am sure it’s popular. The fresh spring rolls were on point! The lemongrass chicken was sooo good.

The portions are quite small, especially meat. The soup is fragrant but not as flavorful. The noodles in the soup broke immediately at the touch. The side vegetables for the pho looked old and withered. Would not come again.

A great place with great Vietnamese food. The portion can be smaller than the usual portion you normally see in the US, but personally I enjoy this portion a lot more. It fills you up and makes you want to come back for more. I got the Spicy Soup Vietnamese Style and my friend got Grilled Pork&Shrimp on Rice Noodles. Both of the dishes are flavorful and delicious. The Spicy Soup was pretty close to what I would get back home in Vietnam so I say it’s pretty authentic. What I love the most about this place is that you can customize your food with a lot of options. The restaurant is also gluten-free friendly. Highly recommended!

I am absolutely obsessed with this place. Especially, around this time of the year. I order their broth with rice pretty often, and it is the best comfort food. Their spring rolls are to die for. I can't wait to come coming back to try everything on the menu. Also, in review of their happy hour, it looks pretty decent as well. I haven't dined in, but when I pick up my order, I am always greeted with a warm smile and fantastic vibe. If you haven't checked this place out, you are missing out!

My husband and I had a delicious meal at Pho Nouveau last night. We were greeted warmly by our server. Our spring rolls appetizer came quickly. They were crispy and tasty. My husband had lemongrass chicken and shrimp bun. I had Bun Bo Hue, a spicy noodle soup with stewed beef. The broth was flavorful and the beef was stewed for a long time. They were tender and delicious. Much better than the Bun Bo Hue I had in New York City. Great place for authentic Vietnamese food.
