Quick service no frills place that packs a punch. As someone who has been to Vietnam, this place feels authentic and the lemongrass on the pork is very flavorful. The pork is delicious and stood out in both the vermicelli bowl and the broken rice plate. It is essential to add egg to your broken rice plate! The egg roll is very crispy in a great way, however I wish there was just a pork option not pork and shrimp. The prices are also a great deal. The broth served on the side was very rich in flavor and makes me want to come back for the pho!
Food is great! Service is friendly and calm. Whoever makes the food is super effiecient! The food was done within less than 10 minutes of ordering! First time here and my daughter and I love it!!!
Came here for lunch—food was great! For appetizers, Goi Cuon (summer rolls) were good. For entrees, highly recommend the Bun Thit Nuong Cha Gio (grilled pork and spring rolls in vermicelli)! Pho and Hu Tieu soups are good too. Food came out quick and prices are reasonable.
Not a big fan. I understand this isn’t the Four Seasons but I think eating a meal and staring at an exposed dry storage and soda supply area is beyond the acceptable Richmond “we don’t really care” vibe. A small investment of maybe $50 for a curtain is all it would take. Also, I’d prefer not to be directed to our table from someone sitting down at a table vaguely pointing in a general direction of the dining area and having to figure out where exactly they want us to sit. The price point was thankfully appropriate and portion sizes generous. However the environment and aesthetics were over the line. The food was fast and pretty good although I find Vietnam One, 123DZO and Mekong’s food to be tastier. I like supporting local family owned places but this was not my cup of tea. I hope they
I have been coming here for years and I believe it has changed ownership because it used to be called pho so 1, but some of the same people have been working there so I am assuming the two are still connected despite the name change and the pho is really good. Also, there BBQ dishes are very tasty as well. Definitely worth trying out.
