I had a great experience at Pho Thien Phat 2! The pho was flavorful and comforting, with a rich broth and fresh ingredients. The portions were generous, and everything tasted authentic and well-prepared. The staff was friendly and attentive, making the visit even better. It’s a wonderful spot to enjoy a warm and satisfying meal!

Overall, the experience was mid-range. While the atmosphere and service were strong positives, the flavor of the food was the main factor preventing a truly great visit. The excellent Boba is what stood out the most and truly carried the experience; I would definitely go back to visit this location for more of their Boba. ​The atmosphere was beautiful and very trendy; I can easily see couples or groups of friends visiting this place to take photos and enjoy a nice dinner or lunch in a great environment. ​Service & Environment: ​The service was excellent, with staff performance being up to par. I’ve been coming back here within the past year and trying different dishes each time. The flavors feel a bit different compared to couple years ago—maybe a new chef? Still, for Vietnamese food in this area, it’s really good. Favorites so far: pork chop rice, bún bò Huế, pan-fried pho, grilled pork vermicelli, and pho.

Had a few issues with this location. Called weeks in advance about reserving for a large party, and when we got there they were unaware of the reservation and had to scramble to get us a table in the back room. We were looking over the menu for probably 15-20 minutes before our server came and we didn’t even get waters for quite a while. Some of the drinks we did order never came to the table. We asked our server 3 times and never received them, so we had to go up to the boba bar and ask them as well. Same with a few of the appetizers. Some dishes seemed to be missing some components - a few of our vermicelli dishes didn’t come with any fish sauce. My family and I have been coming to this restaurant for years - on average, about once a week. Because we used to enjoy it and wanted to support the business, we kept returning. Unfortunately, over time, the overall experience has continuously gone downhill, and this review reflects repeated visits, not just a single bad day. First, the food quality has noticeably declined. The phở and other dishes are no longer as consistent as they once were. Flavors are weaker, grilled meats come out burn, and sometime even sour taste, noddles are soggy, wonton taste nothing but black pepper, and the dishes feel rushed and careless compared to before.
