Pho Saigon

10/21/25 My husband and I ordered takeout from Pho Saigon and it was absolutely delicious. We got the fresh spring rolls, the spicy beef stew with egg noodles pho, the special combination W1 sandwich, and the grilled pork sandwich. Every single thing we ordered was finger-licking good. The sandwiches were so good with the pho, great flavor combination. The pho was packed with flavor and the beef stew had just the right amount of spice. It’s the perfect comfort food for a chilly day or when you’re feeling under the weather. The soup wasn’t too warm by the time we got home, but we simply heated it up on the stove and it was amazing. Pho Saigon is my favorite place ever. My partner and I go every Sunday, we always get the tofu pho and the tofu bahn mi, but we’ve also tried lots of drinks and appetizers and we’ve never been unhappy. The flavor is incredible, and the service is so personable. We LOVE when we get to see Daan, one of the servers. He teaches us about the food and Vietnamese culture and we’ve learned some of the language from him! Everyone we’ve encountered here is like a friend, come here if you want a great local food, small business experience. But we are seriously OBSESSED with the food.

I wanted to try a Vietnamese sandwich and I researched and found that this restaurant offered them. When we arrived we were waved to a seat in the back. Overall, the service was not overly friendly. Not rude, but not friendly. I also ran out of water and my glass sat empty for 15 minutes even though they were not busy. The sandwiches are not listed on the menu. They are listed on the napkin dispenser. I asked what the most authentic sandwich was for Vietnam and the waiter pointed me to the “Special Combination”. I have traveled internationally a lot for work so I will pretty much try any food. For those who are more picky, be sure to research “headcheese” before ordering this sandwich.
