Pho-Nomenal

I really enjoyed this place, the moment you walk in you are seated. When I walked in it was not horribly busy, it has a very limited seating area. I must say it’s a very comforting setting with the aromas that are coming from the kitchen. The pho was good! Did it have the juiciest chicken? No but it did have the best noodles and broth! The bowl was really big and delicious.

Great food and drinks! Everything we ordered was delicious. The fried crispy tofu was the absolute standout. We also got the mango salad (really good), the egg banh mi (fresh bread and great flavor), and the pho — simple, clean, and incredibly flavorful. Loved that they offer a separate vegetarian menu. The place itself is simple with no-frills décor, but the service was good. They also have great drink options; the Thai tea with boba was tasty, and they even let you customize sweetness, which was a nice touch. A must-try spot for sure!

Probably our 5th time here. Always great service, first time I ordered from vegetarian menu. Server suggested any of red items so did fried rice and it was great. Love the saltiness. Generous portions. Update This is our go to for vermicelli bowls, love their veggie menu, everything you could want in a single page. Always fast service and it's great b/c they are busy. I had the veggie tofu, spring roll vermicelli and it was great. Lots of fresh veggies and plenty to save for 2nd meal. Good value.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at Phonmenal was truly disappointing. The food was average at best, but what really stood out was the lack of professionalism and courtesy from the staff. The customer service was unhelpful and dismissive, making me feel completely unwelcome. Address one loudoun A restaurant’s atmosphere and service are just as important as its food, and unfortunately, Phonmenal failed in both areas. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and makes improvements in training their staff to treat customers with respect and care.

First time here but love the options and quality. The portion size was well worth the price. My friend got a pho dac biet for $16.99 and we shared a shrimp summer roll. The drinks were great too!
