Pho & Grill Gaithersburg

One of the best pho spots I’ve tried. The broth was deep, savory, not overly salty. Portions were generous, herbs were fresh, and the staff was welcoming. Prices are very reasonable for the quality. Highly recommend!!!

The pho here is absolutely comforting the broth has that rich, deep flavor that takes hours to get right, and they clearly put the time in. It’s not greasy, just super clean and fragrant with the star anise and spices. I also tried the grilled pork with vermicelli and it tasted just like the way my mom used to make it. For me, as someone who grew up with this food, I can say with confidence: it’s 5/5.

I would give this place a solid 8/10. The food is pretty good but the service can be lacking sometimes due to its ran by a bunch of young teens. But overall I've been coming here for a number of years on/off so no real big problems since I keep coming back. I would recommend the spring rolls, crispy Salted calamari is one of my favorites there, all the pho's are solid never an issue.

Had a really good tasting sandwich. I usually go for the Pho soup. Nice place with much better service than a lot of other more expensive restaurants.

I walked in today in hopes to dine in and enjoy some pho. it was absolutely FREEZING in the restaurant. i would go as far as saying even COLDER than it was outside. how am i supposed to enjoy my meal in this environment?! these conditions seem unsafe for even the employees.. do better..
