Capitol Mobile Notary

I needed a power of attorney done for my mom while she lived in an old folks' home, and I found Capitol Mobile Notary online nearby. Miss Cruz of Capitol Mobile Notary was very courteous and professional, but the most important part was that she was able to come to my mom's rest home in Potomac and Mom signed her POA right in the room. A witness was also provided as an additional service. All in all, it went very smooth and we were very satisfied.

I’m not too sure of who Kirk is as I dealt with a lady named Sonia.This was my first time using a notary and felt like I was completely taken advantage of. She said she was a couple minutes away and for one signature she charged $125. The rate was given before actually knowing how many signatures and what exact kind of document being notarized. Only reason I am posting this as after meeting another notary a day later to get more documents notarized, I was charged only $8 per signature plus a $5 flat travel fee plus mileage. I would not recommend using their services after my experience with them.

After calling around to multiple notaries, I called Kirk’s number. I got a return call not even an hour later and had a quote given and a time set up. The price was reasonable and I was happy to pay it to get my document notarized and mailed. My experience would have been more stressful I believe if I had used anyone else! He was quick, professional, courteous and made sure everything was exactly as needed. I’m extremely appreciative that he came to Winchester, Va so quickly and willingly. Thank you for everything!

Kirk was extremely responsive, calling back within 30 minutes of my appointment request and fitting us in the same Saturday afternoon. He helped us with real estate transaction documents, making sure that everything was signed and notarized properly, allowing us to move forward quickly. Very happy!

This was the fastest and easiest experience I have had with a Notary Public. Kirk agreed to come to my home the same afternoon that I called him. He arrived early and waited until I was ready for him to come in. He is professional, fast and knowledgeable, and there were no surprises with the pricing. I am glad to have found him, will be using his services for all notarial work in the future!
