✨The Sourdough Circle

My nutritionist told me, the lesser the ingredients the better for bread. I learned about the sourdough circle from my neighbor and now I order constantly! All healthy ingredients made from home. I tried the sourdough and the valentines version. Both were so so good!!! Thank you Irina!

I just tried the pizza sourdough 🤌. With a subtle tang and a crispy crust undercarriage it kinda had a mind of its own when assembling. Too many toppings and burrata cheese can slide around a bit, but truly a unique and much healthier option. 450 degrees for 14 minutes seems to do the trick so far. Happy baking!

I had a sample slice of the white chocolate cranberries Valentine sourdough. It was a deliciously sweet and savory bread. Perfect for your Valentine meal. Try it and you will not regret it. Yummy!!!

Wonderful sourdough. I'd love to make it myself but can't find the time. Irina does a Wonderful job with different variations each week. She is very friendly and flexible with pickup. I'm so happy I found her and can support a small business, as well as eat healthy bread with few ingredients.

I have ordered several different breads and they have all been delicious. My daughter lives in West Virginia and asks me to bring her some whenever I come for a visit. Her favorite is the chia, flax, sunflower seeds loaf.
