Philly Pretzel Factory

I have been working with this location for almost 2 years and they have faithfully delivered pretzels to my children's elementary school every Friday. Today when I realized I had dropped the ball and didn't order pretzels earlier in the week, I called and they graciously helped me despite the fact that I needed 225 pretzels. They had them done in under and hour and saved the day. I cannot recommend them enough!!

Always fresh. Always kind. Always on time. We go here often for company meetings and it’s always a hit. Be worried if you don’t have it at a meeting… you won’t hear the end of it. They have an awesome team here - can’t recommend enough.

Ordered a party tray for Pickup at 1:20pm. Arrived at 1:45 so I figured my order may not be hot and fresh (which would be my fault) but they clearly didn't make it to order, because when I got there it was not ready and waiting for me. they just scooped rivets from the bin that had been sitting out for a while and put them on a tray. Everyone knows after an hour or so Philly pretzel Factory pretzels turn into tough, concrete like objects. especially when overcooked. they were basically inedible.

We just stopped in for a few pretzels last minute. I didn't realize it was 10mins after they had already closed. The nice girl told us we could still order through the drive through. The whole staff was very pleasant and accommodating despite being closed. We ended up leaving with 10 pretzels and a very generous goody bag. All the food we got was excellent and the service was outstanding! Highly recommend this location!!

Got a bunch of pretzels for the game. Was top notch service. Hot and fresh food. Never any issues or problems. Thanks for making game day fun
