Philly Pretzel Factory

We ordered 200 pretzels from this Rio Grande location as favors for our wedding in Cape May, and the staff (especially Caitlin!) were super helpful in coordinating everything. It was a really easy process to order and confirm a delivery time. Of course our guests enjoyed the best pretzels at the end of the night!!

As most of the staff is very pleasant there is one young man who was very racist and overheard saying very foul,discriminatory, and over all not work appropriate things. He Repeatedly used slurs and other very extremely low and inappropriate stuff. The young women working in the store with him is very polite and well manner, it’s not my first time interacting with her in there. She handled the situation well while seeming very uncomfortable. Overall I do love the pretzel factory but that behavior should be handled appropriately!!

From the moment you walk in, the smell of freshly baked pretzels greets you. The staff was friendly, fast, and genuinely cared about what they’re doing. Our order was fresh, soft, and perfectly salted. Their classic pretzels are iconic—crispy on the outside, pillowy on the inside—and the dips? Out of this world. The spicy brown mustard and cheddar cheese dip are my personal favorites, but honestly, you can’t go wrong with any of them. If you haven’t tried them yet, you’re missing out on one of life’s simple joys. Philly Pretzel Factory is hands-down the best place to satisfy your salty cravings!

Katelyn was awesome. Extremely busy store over Memorial Day weekend!! We ordered 200 pretzels-store was crazy since there were orders for 400 pretzels just posted the morning before they opened for the day. She tried very hard to keep everyone satisfied. Pretzels were fresh, warm-everyone loved them. Ordered more for today!! (From the lady who picked up the spilled drink)

This is the best pretzel place in this whole area. Friendly staff, great service and consistently good pretzels. Thumbs up for the complimentary hot honey mustard that other stores don't offer. Keep up the good work, gang! We'll keep coming back.
