Dairy Queen (Treat)

I’ve been coming here for years and never had an issue until today Thursday April 23rd at 3pm, an older lady working is the most disrespectful and rude person I’ve ever encountered. I ordered a large dipped cone specifically and she presented a small cup with the dip on it. After stating I ordered a cone she got mad and told me she wasn’t remaking it that I should’ve been more clear. I don’t know how more clear I can be when ordering a dipped CONE, personally you have to have neurological issues to get a cone and cup confused. Well I asked for a refund, she continue to be rude, I walked out because I could not believe the disrespect I just endured. Sundae tasted ok at the time, but I was super thirsty all night. I think you've added some odd ingredients my tummy doesn't like or maybe the ice cream was made 4 days ago, but it's not good. Skip this location. Oh yeah my friend had a cone and I had a small Sundae and the charge was $12 !? Yikes. Nope. Update after reading owner's response: ok so now you are saying that all the DQ's have this tasteless ice cream in every location? Very odd, but ok, won't visit any of them. Great service from the blonde lady. She is always very nice to us . We come to this Dairy Queen all the time It is very nice and let clean.

Rio Grande Dairy Queen was hard to locate in a strip mall. The signage is very small. Once we found the store, our server was very friendly. My hot fudge sundae was practically overflowing. We were pleased with how clean the tables and chairs were.

The best DQ I have ever been to! They are so generous with the toppings and very friendly.
