Philly Pretzel Factory

We used Philly Pretzel for a PTA event. The pretzels were so delicious and Rob couldn’t be more easy to work with! We ordered several platters and received this awesome Class Of 2025 pretzel!

This place is Preztel perfection!! The operation is flawless and Rob and his team are amazing. Warm smiles to go along with tasty pretzels. Very clean inside and everything tasted fresh. Can't beat great prices with quality food. Will most definitely be back as my family really enjoyed them and all the sauce choices you can choose from.

Pretzels are great, but the location was extremely crowded and the staff was (understandably) a bit overwhelmed — it just opened, though (Dec. 2023) so I expect it’ll calm down and smooth out soon. There’s a small parking area on the side of the building and tables to sit outside. I visited on a Saturday and the line was out the door. Great addition to Clarkstown though!

I absolutely love the pretzels from Philly Pretzel Factory! They make for a great quick lunch or a tasty treat. The staff is consistently over-the-top friendly, which adds to the experience. From the minute they opened their doors, Philly Pretzel New City has been an unbelievable bonus to the community. The pretzels and dips are delicious, the staff is friendly and welcoming and their committment to giving back has been unmatched by any other business in our county. They are available for every event and are very quick to discount or donate for a good cause. If we had a “best new business” contest, PPF would win hands down. (I am personally obsessed with rivets and brownie batter)
