Ixchel Bakery is a true hidden gem, and once you walk inside you immediately understand why it has such a loyal following. Everything here looks—and tastes—like it was made with real love and skill. We stopped by after hearing great things, and now it’s officially one of our favorite bakeries in the entire area. The first thing you notice is how beautiful all the pastries and cakes look behind the glass. You can tell the bakers take pride in every detail. The cakes are decorated perfectly, the breads look fresh out of the oven, and the pastries have that golden, flaky look that tells you they’re going to be amazing. I stopped by a little strip mall on Route 304 for thing and noticed a bakery right as soon as you turn into the parking lot . I walked in & loved the vibes - so cozy ! I knew this was a special experience. The friendly young man explained to me all their goodies. Just the right amount of sweet with their delicious coffee. Fresh and just plain good! I’ll be back!
