Tried this place out since Cheesecake Factory was at max capacity. I was surprised there were so many tables available here, and honestly shocked that there was a 30 minute wait too when there were about 10 tables open. Once the food came, it made sense. The broccoli had a cleaning solution taste to it which grossed me out. There were sections of the chicken that were a little too overly slimey textured. And the edamame was just mush and over cooked. The floor was disgusting with pieces of all sorts of food scattered around our table. The staff all seemed annoyed, almost over worked/under staffed attitude. First and last time eating here for sure.

Marcos made our first dining experience at P.F. Chang’s exceptional and memorable. His customer service was prompt, professional, and personable! We will definitely be dining here again. It is not often we have both exceptional service and delectable food!

Our server ,Jaylynn, was a very nice and helpful server who took our orders quick and was very helpful. She was so nice and the atmosphere and the food was so amazing in this place would come here again.

The server Alex was very kind and the food was amazing! Atmosphere was welcoming. But they also made me a special dish, it was very good!!🤩 the miso salmon with tofu, sauteed spinach, mushrooms, and broccoli. thank you to chef Pamela! Hopefully they will both be here the next time we visit!

Never again. Albeit the food is great, but my last two experiences were absolute trash. Recently dined and waited 30 minutes to sit. Not worried about that as we shopped in the Apple Store across from it. Once sat, it took close to 30 minutes for our drinks to arrive. Total time spent in the restaurant was 2 hours. I’m not one to Karen a restaurant, so tipped the 20% and left. Food and alcohol came to $115. Watched other tables get up and leave while waiting to be greeted by their server. So I called the next day and spoke with a manager. She told me she would refund my order and I said that’s not necessary. Just take care of us the next time we come in. She said she would comp our next meal. We go back one week later, introduce ourselves to the manager that told us this and sit down. Serv
