Charleys Cheesesteaks

Changing my review. I waited nearly 10 minutes to even be acknowledged. Then he takes my order. I asked a question and he just stared at me. I asked again and he snapped and said YEA. I said okay. I order my food. I well the cheese on the fries was coagulated, the cheesesteak tasted sour and had lettuce tomato and mayo which I specifically said no to when asked. Rude service horrible food. Previous review was based on an experience from years ago which I had to make while ordering to get the free lemonade the advertise. Will not return and food was thrown away.

I recently visited Charley’s Cheesesteaks and had their Philly cheesesteak- it was beyond awesome! The steak was tender and perfectly seasoned, paired with melted cheese that elevated the flavor. The bread was fresh and soft, holding everything together without being too heavy. Every bite was a burst of flavor, and you could tell the ingredients were top-notch. The portion size was satisfying. The staff was friendly and efficient, making the whole experience even better. If you're a cheesesteak lover, Charley’s is a must-try! I’ll definitely be coming back to try more from their menu.

I placed an online order and I forgot to make some customizations to my cheesesteak. The man who was making the cheesesteaks, Keyon, was gracious enough to make me a new one. The food here is great and the service is even better. I highly recommend this Charley’s location

Living in Philadelphia for many years, it’s tough to top cheesesteaks from Jim’s on South Street. But here we are in Rockaway NJ and I was craving a Philly Cheesesteak. I got the regular Philly Cheesesteak. Bread was slightly burnt on the edge but the first bite was good. It satisfied my craving.

Exceptional service. Most of the employees are amazing. One elder man I am greeted with at the register has the sweetest personality and even gives me a free lemonade. However the younger one who is also somewhat frequently at the counter is not so nice, I must say. But food is exceptional and the chefs are kind and welcoming.
