Same issue again today 1/19/26. No pizza on buffet. Place has really gone down hill. 15+ people in line waiting. RAY is the current manager. You need to do better. I'm visiting for lunch buffet....no pizzas on the buffet line. Asked here the pizzas, was told they are coming out. Put 1 out, and it's gone. Staff does not make enough for the volume of customers. Ordered online went to pick by estimated time to be ready. Pull up place is not busy at all. :) ask for my order. My order won't be ready for 10 more minutes. Ok I'll wait no big deal. Waited 15 minutes went to ask again...again will be another 10 minutes. Ok I ask why? Told pizza is ready, and brradsticks will take another 10. But place is not busy. Service was fantastic, had a party for my daughter here and your experience can be what you make of it. Although service was great their bathroom is as hot as H.E. double hockey sticks and there is no changing table, which is uncomfortable for accompanying little children in this family friendly establishment.

Hi, I meant to write this review for some time now. The night of January 10th, my husband and I visited this location to celebrate our son’s 12th birthday. On this day a young boy pulled the fire alarm. Like any other restaurant, the manager immediately comes and advises everyone to make their way to the front entrance. Though following the many other customers was said manager (I believe her name was Katie). She went to talk to the family of the little boy, said family began to yell at her, and went as far as punching her when all she asked was “Hi, sweetheart. Are you okay? I heard you may have accidentally pulled our alarm.” I have never seen a manger let alone a young female remain so calm, so professional. Pizza was good, but a 45 minute wait time on a school night. Not great, but I get it. My only issue was the young male employee that was sarcastic and shady when he suggested I "try kicking and screaming at the air hockey machine next time it steals my credits", or when I saw him brush aside a Pizza pan on the ground instead of picking it up to be washed (or put on the stack of clean pans), and later when I turned in a child's lost wallet he asked me if I checked it for money first. (It was returned, I saw a girl panicking next to her mom who was looking for her sparkly wallet, and I took her to the front register - glad I could help 🫶) I'm not trying to virtue signal here, but I didn't need any of that from him. Friday, January 9 our experience was outright pitiful. Ordered pizza at 702pm, was told there was an hour long wait. Fine, waited the hour, once the hour surpassed I went to check how much longer I was told 45 more minutes. I attempted to dispute the wait time and they said 10-15 more minutes. Went back at 848 and was told “this order was pushed out”. When we provided proof the pizza never made it to us we requested a refund. No apology, no explanation to what happened, manager tried to give me a cold pizza from a to go order. I refused it and requested the refund (manager and blue haired employee rolling their eyes when refund was requested) unacceptable. Almost 2 hours for pizza that we never received for a 10 year olds birthday, ended the evening ordering little Caesars pizza. I will NE
