Perkins American Food Co.

So I ordered a tremendous twelve this morning. I started cutting into my scrambled eggs and noticed they were dark Grey and slimy i smelled them and they smelled bad! I called they said they gave my phone number to the manager. I get a email of a refund for 2 dollars and some change and no apology. I feel extremely insulted! Like I would rather have not gotten a refund at all then half of the cost of the eggs. It was rotten food!

My last visit to Perkins was wonderful. I ordered the pot roast melt both times. The first time it looked great. But I went in with my mom 2/28/2026 and it was so burnt and hard along with the toast. Also Madeline was very rude and lost. I ordered two crispers and they originally come with two anyways It wasn’t that complicated. I need to plates one for mom and one for me. 5.99 each. She brings me one order Than I said I wanted two orders. Maybe teach her about orders. . Than she brings it out and they weren’t even cut. I didn’t take any pics yesterday because I forgot. I was more upset with the visit Also took forever to take the order The cashier was also rude , and busy talking to co workers and I stood there for over five min

We waited almost 45 minutes to get seated, we could see most of the tables that were open. Our food came in a somewhat timely fashion, but most of our food was cold. We also had a clear view of where the servers grab their food I had watched a server pick food off a plate and eat it.

We had takeout the last 2 Sundays. On the first Sunday, the eggs were not cooked correct. This last Sunday order was wrong and not enough food for the price. So small amount, even pancakes are smaller.

Breakfast at any Perkins has always been something to look forward to. Not any more. You are famous for your pancakes, now thanks to corporate you are infamous for them. They don’t look or taste like Perkins pancakes anymore. Our server Laura did a great job, apparently the only server in the restaurant, working her tail off. But we’re all done going to any Perkins ever again for breakfast. Makes me sad.
