Cottonwood Grill

Long wait for food, but the server checked on our drinks a couple of times while we waited. Chislic was over seasoned for my taste, but the sauces served with it were a good cover. Chicken sandwich was above average. Tender, juicy and flavorful. We'd go back again.

This place has solid food. You could easily get a meal out of the wings because of the fact that they come with a full side of either fries or tots. The cheese curds were really good with a nice crisp but not too much. The patty melt was alright, a little bit too smothered in onions for me but if you like that I recommend this. The bad parts were that the wings came out a few minutes after our actual food came out. I’m not trying to eat those now that I have my food, and the cheese curds about 15-20 minutes ago. It was also a little expensive for the overall quality.

My wife and I attended a banquet in connection with her college class's 50th anniversary celebration of their graduation. The room we were given was perfect for the size of the group. The food was served on time and it was delicious! The hot food was at the proper temperature. It was all tasty and nothing seemed over-salted. My college class has its 50th anniversary celebration in 2026. I'm going to recommend the Cottonwood Grill (New Ulm County Club) to the planning committee.

This is my second visit and am doing this review on location. And quite the busy day this Wednesday afternoon! Good reason it is wing Wednesday. My first visit I ordered The Poseidon wrap with duck fries and a peach margarita. The margaritas didn't disappoint as there was definitely a kick, but hardly noticeable. The wrap looked gorgeous and was very tasty and the upgrade to the duck fries...WORTH IT!! Super crispy fries and very tasty, they should sell them by the pound!! For wings today I ordered the spicy honey garlic flavored. The wings.....are......terrific! Ten wings and fries or tots for $10 on Wednesdays!!! Hope to see y'all here....cause I'm not gonna know!?😄

Update: We came here with a group of 10 to celebrate a birthday. Everything was fantastic!! The food, the service, everything!! We all left very happy, and our bellies were full!! Thank you so much!! Will be back soon. 😃 Normally I have no complaints, but the burgers tonight were way undercooked, and nobody can convince me all burgers are served raw unless the customer requests otherwise. We waited over an hour for our food, that wasn’t even cooked thoroughly. Very disappointing! And the service was mediocre at best. Hoping for better food next time!
