Had a mini reunion with my family. What we ordered we didn't get completely correct. The eggs for two different meals were swapped. My classic hamburger tasted of fish oil. The steak was overdone, the green beans were overdone and cold, and the mashed potatoes were stale. There was a meal ordered that I can't remember right now what it was but instead of a crepe they were done with pancakes and oddly small for the price. I don't know if Perkins is struggling with a proper chef or if they don't have certain items and stock, but the overall experience because I was with my family was nice. The waitress seemed stressedand was sweating and there was only one other couple at the restaurant at that time and they were not busy that day they mentioned. I took my husband here for our 18th wedding anniversary and our special night turned into a nightmare. My husband ordered a burger and requested that there be no onions on the burger because he's allergic to them. We get our food and after my husband took a couple bites out of his burger he realized there was onions on it!! We told our waiter about the situation and she scoffed at us and walked away. When my husband's remade burger came we realized again the burger had onions on it!! Out of frustration I decided it would be best to leave and go somewhere else for dinner. Later that night my husband started to feel sick and threw up several times. He had a bad reaction from the onions he accidentally ate. I sat down with a friend we sat probably 20minutes without being acknowledged one to our drink order it took another 10 minutes a different waitress comes over takes drink order 2nd time around the first waitress comes back and gets the drinks wrong,idk what was going on but the manager seemed to be in no position to perform duties,where's corporate when they should be watching the worst service there I've ever gotten usually is great but not today. November 2nd went back and had a better experience
