Pro-Gate agent was wonderful and sweet. I arrived at 5:23am and there was a discrepancy regarding my appointment via MacroPoint. My appointment on App stated 6am. She got me in at 6:15am. Kudos to her. What a phenomenal experience! Con- street parking. There are signs that say no street parking.

Overnight parking is available on the street. The woman at the guard shack lacks customer service/public relations skills. No direction given as a first time delivery location. Given a door assignment just before 7:30 a.m. and my appointment was at 9:00 a.m. A little tight depending on where their employees decide to park. Done and left at 11:15. Maybe she was having a bad day!

Horrid place. Haven't been to a PFG yet to deliver that is driver friendly. Laws should state that any entity that wants to own and operate a food distribution facility can only qualify if they can conduct operations safely requiring a certain amount of square footage to ensure safe and efficient deliveries. Yuck!!!

Would leave negative stars if I could. Picked this load up in Texas and was told to deliver on Monday at 1000 arrived Monday at 0900 and was told my appointment isn’t till Thursday I said I was given no way would it take 8 days to get here from Texas my dispatch called and I was told they would work me in on Tuesday to get here at 0600. I got here at 0530 and they called me back at 0630 and now they are telling me they will not take me till my appointment time on Thursday. This place is absolutely horrible. Avoid this place at all cost. Really poorly run company and all businesses that use this place should stop working with them!!!!

They take millions hours to unload semi trucks
