Honestly the best restaurant in Lincoln. Always delicious, fresh healthy food, wonderful seasonal new dishes and with Don Pepe's good vibes. I literally daydream over Pepe Bistro's enchiladas with black beans, sweet potato and cashew cheese. Gracias por tanto!🫶🌮

Wow. A very talented chef. We tried one of everything, and nothing disappointed. I was skeptical of the quesadillas with apples inside, but I was so wrong; we ordered 2 more! We also found a friendly squirrel outside.

My partner and I came to Pepe's Bistro looking for a good vegan lunch spot in Lincoln, and we were so glad we stopped in. From the moment we walked through the door, the atmosphere felt welcoming and community-oriented, you can really feel the warmth and hospitality. The staff were incredibly kind and made us feel right at home. My partner ordered a burrito and said it was delicious, and we both really appreciated having tasty vegan-friendly options that didn’t feel like an afterthought. Overall, just a genuinely great experience with great people and great food. We’ll definitely be back!

I'm one word: YES! How have I not known about this place. I love to eat vegan, and I love some great prime rib. This would be an awesome place to go even if you are a carnivore. The food is that good. The food is expertly, seasoned and flavorful. The vibe goes way beyond the food. The environment is inclusive and supportive. A++ worthy is 6 stars!

Although I've had Pepe's wonderful vegan creations at various pop-ups, the Farmer's Market, etc. I had never set foot in his Bistro! A recent menu enticed me, the stars aligned, and I got my husband to meet me for lunch. I already knew I wanted the Quesadilla. This is not a usual order for me but the maple espresso roasted apples it contained piqued my curiosity! It was rich and savory, a bit spicy. The guac was extra yummy. My husband went with the Pita BBQ Tacos. He loves mushrooms and BBQ, perfect choice! Menu changes weekly. Hours are sometimes extended and he does various events so check the Pepe's Bistro page.
