My entire experience dining at the Minneapolis Airport was phenomenal! I have Celiac Disease and finding safe food while traveling can be challenging. During my layover, my first attempt at finding lunch was Leeann Chin because their menu had some items labeled gluten free. When I asked about procedures for cross contamination, John was knowledgeable about the risks of their woks, and recommended "People's Organic" around the corner. I was kindly greeted by Maloku, who explained that some of their "to-go" salads were gluten free. He also mentioned the option for the kitchen to make a fresh salad or rice bowl with a note for Celiac Disease. I picked a table and Ken was one of the best servers I've ever had! He asked if I was in a hurry, and I wasn't - but my food was ready very quickly!

I loved the food and Abraham is the best bartender ! He made me great drinks and I ordered the chicken and goat cheese ciabatta!! Get an extra side of sun-dried tomato aioli so good to dip!!! The Dubai chocolate martini was a great finish as dessert!

Walked into this place hoping to get a surely beer from my home state right before catching a flight , got rolled eyes and walked right pass so instead of sitting around I politely just continued down to a bar closest to my e10 gate however upon arrival ..due to seating and me riding standby I wasn’t able to to get on that flight, while waiting to figure out my next flight I walked back over to people’s organic once again to give them another try in msp airport and this time a Menu was dropped off which was great , I waited and waited , bartender greeted another guest while also serving him his beer promptly . Which I try not bring race , age , appearance etc giving I am in sweats and hoody . But undeniably i still felt mistreated by the fast customer service giving to the next guy after

Excellent meal- had the breakfast bowl and it was perfect. The Bloody Mary is one of the best I've ever had. Service from Abraham the bartender was great- he was attentive and helpful. One of the best dine-in experiences at MSP!

Dine in breakfast burrito was flavorful and filling. I didn’t feel yucky afterward. Good service. I will eat here again.
