Penn Station East Coast Subs

Decent minimal customer service, soda machine could use a cleaning, soda machine could also use better carbonation, I ordered extra pickles on my sandwich and literally got one sickly pickle chip. I just took a bite of my sandwich and there’s also no vinegar or oil like I requested. The fries come unsalted if that’s important for people who can’t have salt. The tables and floor were clean. Their prep station also appeared very clean. My experience was very underwhelming and not quite satisfying. The pricing is nice and I was fed so it wasn’t a total loss.

Easy review. If you're in the Atlanta metropolitan area and you're looking for a good Philly cheesesteak, go to this Penn Station location. Excellent customer service, sandwiches made to order, hot tasty French fries, and inside and outside dining. This location is MUCH better than the one that used to be in Decatur.

Last time we ate at Penn station was in NC and it was amazing! Came here for the first time and won’t be back. They opened the doors five minutes late. They dropped containers on the floor when we went in and one, of them contained ham that they did not throw away and they only scored 82 with the health department. I’d placed my order online or we would have walked out immediately. There was very little meat in the sandwiches and the large fry was more like a medium. Spent $34 for two large sandwiches and a fry never again.

So, I come up here regularly. But for the first time, I saw Penn Station Subs and HAD to try it. The Ruben? Amazing, tangy, sweet, juicy, and possibly the best one I've ever had. And the fries? All fresh cut and fresh fried to order too. They taste amazing. But I underestimated getting a large 😂 Will definitely come back! Wish there was one in Columbus GA!!

This is hands down the best Philly cheese steak franchise out there, the meat is real and tender, the spice is excellent, the mushrooms and the mayonnaise taste fantastic as well, and oddly enough grilled banana peppers go really well on a sandwich from Penn station, and they even offer mustard for some reason. The store was very clean and staff was very helpful and friendly, my order was perfect and my fries were crispy, I couldn't ask for more. But I did, and I got a chocolate chip cookie which might be a little on the dangerous side because I know I will soon be addicted.
