Penn Station East Coast Subs

I came here, super excited to eat an amazingly crispy sub, with grilled onions and ghost pepper cheese. I got one and it was okay, nothing special, like they usually are. I could tell this one was not made with love, it was made with lust for my sandwich. I was excited for crispy and tasty peanut oil fries. I got some of that, some were basically raw, as shown in the picture. However, I can say they were fresh and hot (somehow). Sadly disappointed in this one.

I want to commend Harley for his calm demeanor and understanding. I ordered my food 5 minutes past the cutoff time and unfortunately they were unable to make my order. I’ll be honest I kinda showed my rearend as I was leaving in a moment of anger. I returned this morning and apologized for my actions and Harley made my order and was extremely understanding and respectful. I’ll absolutely return here this store is a testament to the company and is 100% a great environment to eat at. Thank you sir for being awesome!

Great service. Great food. Everyone was so polite and helpful. Really clean from what I could tell. The only thing they could do to make this place better is more food on the subs. But they was very tasty. 5 out of 5 🌟

Is it more expensive than subway? Yes. Why? Cuz it's better than subway. Ingredients are fresh, fries are fresh (and cooked with peanut oil) service was incredible, definitely taking my family there again. Disagree? Go argue with a wall.

This place use to be great, food was amazing a service was outstanding. Now when I got in the food is not great, onions are always raw even on remakes. Service is spotty at best, not to mention there's always atleast 1 worker high as the Georgia pines.
