Penn Station East Coast Subs

Our sandwiches were good but the cook, who was also the only guy in the place was in between cleaning and feeding a homeless lady's dogs. It wasn't something you usually see while dining in an establishment.. I was happy to see he made our food before the feeding the dogs...

Update: we ate here again and they got our order correct this time. It was really good and they made the food very quickly. We ordered two sandwiches and both of them were wrong. I'm pretty sure the one sandwich we received was for the lady in front of us because nothing on it was correct besides the bread. We told them it was wrong so they started to make our order over. We decided we wanted an order of fries and a drink and the worker gave us two drinks and a large fry for free because of the mishap. All in all, the sandwiches were really good once corrected, and the fries were absolutely amazing.

Love this place! Food is FRESH everyone is so nice service is great, fast and affordable and be sure to ask for their monthly specials! We love their fries 🍟 highly recommend 🙂

I USED TO love PS. Now it's overpriced mediocre. If I never eat there again I will be fine. My son picked up 3 sandwiches to bring home. My Ruben was bad. I did not finish it. Threw half away. Kraut had no flavor, sauce nonexistent and the bread seemed to have shunk in width due to Bidenomics. Corned beef also lacked flavor.. Arby's Reubens blow these out of the water. My wife's sub had minimal sauce.

This place just can’t get it right. Every single time (6 to be exact) my order is wrong. It’s either not grilled or has the wrong condiments. One time I took it back for them to correct it and make it grilled and when I got home 25 minutes later I realized they made it with only lettuce when it was supposed to be without lettuce. Obv I was too far away to take it back at this point. Today they gave me a wrap instead of regular white bread. Also, here’s a picture of them closing 30 minutes early and refusing to unlock the door for a customer. And don’t bother responding to their offer to contact them directly about your complaint as that will go unacknowledged.
