Place was a starter but every talent has a start and this guy is both friendly and talented. His meatball pizza was amazing. His seasonal bruschetta is also just as amazing. I can't wait to try all he has to offer. I recommend this place for everyone who enjoys amazing breads and specialty made foods. Two thumbs way up.

Called up to see if they had any Stromboli left from their superbowl Sunday offering (we missed the pre order post sadly), but no dough. Instead, this fantastic human offered to make us foccaciabolis, or rather put our stroms on their amazing foccacia bread. FANTASTIC. Love the focxacia, and loved the sandwich filling. And now I don't have to cook dinner for a few days, so massive win on all fronts! Also super responsive via texts and kept us up to date on order progress, so I really appreciate that.

I Knead Bread Co is serving up some absolutely delicious thick pizza! Definitely try it! It doesn’t get any better!

Ryan was a fantastic chef/host and the bread flavor and quality was even better! We got a loaf of marble rye for homemade Reuban sandwiches. I called on Thursday afternoon and it was ready by noon on Friday. What a terrific resource this is for the area!

Pizza was awesome! Wife ended up working about 20 minutes later than planned, but still tasted fresh out of the oven by the time she got home with it!
