Penn Station East Coast Subs

This sub place is alright if you want to get subs only just don’t get the fries unless you like them super salty. The staff are kind, friendly, and get the food right out to you just don’t ask for a to go bag unless you want to ask twice. As for the restaurant itself it is clean and small just a simple restaurant.

Penn Station is one of my favorite restaurants. I always get the chicken teriyaki and fresh cut fries. I typically get it to go, but it is so much better eating it there, fresh and hot! The service is quick and the workers are friendly. Like most restaurants these days, the tables are lacking on cleanliness. I will continue to eat here. As I said before, it is one of my favorites.

Reasonably quick service. We were there for a late lunch on a Saturday and it was a bit slow. Sandwiches were good and reasonable protocol in place for people to keep their distance.

Restaurant is not consistent with discount policy. I'm a military veteran and visit this location on many occasions, because I enjoy you cheese steak subs. On this occasion I presented a previous receipt and said make the same way. They did so However, gave me no military discount. I asked to speak with a manager. I asked if he was the manager. He said one of them. I aked him what was the military discount policy. When I showed him my two previous receipts, one giving me the discount, the other not. And the one for my visit today, again no discount! He got very defensive and said, what are you getting mad at me for, I didn't do it! I asked if the manager of the store was in today. He said we have a General Manager. I asked if he was in today, he replied no. Then another g

My favorite place in Ohio. It’s right up there with Graters and Skyline Chili. Fresh cut fries cuddling with made to order Philadelphia Cheese Steak. So delicious, fresh and hot. I absolutely love this place.
