Penn Station East Coast Subs

Decent service, but I have mixed feelings on food quality. I had the Reuben (my favorite sandwich to compare at places) with white bread and it was rather bland. The sauerkraut wasn't bad, but there was so much of it in comparison to the corned beef that ofent all I got was a mouthful of kraut and cheese. I also ordered a Large fry (honestly just too much food). They are fried in Peanut Oil and it shows. Absolutely delicious. I used the massive tub they gave me for ketchup. Unfortunately the ketchup didn't match the fries well. My wife had the pizza sub and she liked it. She also had a Cheese Bread with pizza sauce.

Not sure what the guy's name is that took my order, but upper 20s dark beard, was a complete jerk. Couldn't be more annoyed to have to take my order, got it completely wrong, and added mushrooms to my sandwich when they were never even brought up. Awful customer service, terrible food quality and disgusting counter. Not sure how they're still open.

The two employees were so nice, the restaurant was clean, they have longer hours than my normal Penn Station in STL, my order was made in an efficient fashion. I've never had this experience at any of the PS in st louis and I want to thank the employees for a 5 star experience. Not to mention my artichoke sandwich and fries tasted amazing

Either the sauce or the Chicken has too much salt and they did not put mayonnaise on my sandwich. The Fresh-Squeezed Lemonade is ok if you like non-sweet lemonade that makes you thirsty. This rating is because of the bread. Great job on the bread.

Always such good food, made fresh in front of you! Clean restaurant too, which is a huge plus. The portions are huge for the price.
