Fresh Healthy Cafe Saint Francis

We had a great experience! The food was fresh and delicious. The service was absolutely perfect. In fact, I might even say she went above and beyond her duty. She was kind enough to explain things to us, because we were new, and even help me figure out a drink option that wasn’t something they typically made. I definitely will be returning.

UPDATE: Changing my rating to reflect how impressed I am that James, the director of operations, personally called me to inquire about my experience. He assured me that my feedback regarding quality was highly regarded and committed to fixing some of those issues in the future (juices were not properly mixed, containers not full, consistency and flavor poor). This commitment to customer satisfaction is exceptional, and I will definitely be going back to give the juice refresh another try. 😊 ORIGINAL POST: We’ve loved Fresh for years and frequent it often—delicious and healthy food! But with Adrian leaving this location to serve as manager at the new location, there has definitely been a drop in service quality. My 3 day juice refresh was made 2 days prior to when I scheduled to pick it up

I was in town for work and found this place. It has many healthy diet friendly options. Staff was very polite and helpful.The food was absolutely fresh and delicious 😋 If you are looking for REAL food this is it! Definitely will be back when I pass thru or I am in town.

Hard to find when you don't know the hospital. Otherwise, it was good. I'm not a big fan of the panini I had but I will definitely try another one. The smoothie was perfect

Great tasting BLT wrap with chips. The wraps have plenty of meat and veggies . The chips, no choice varieties, just the Sun Chips 100% whole grain. Expensive 11$ and some change Convenient location inside Saint Francis Medical Center main entrance lobby area.
