The library is on the first floor of this historic building. Staff is very friendly and it seems like a very quiet place to sit and get some work/reading done. Upstairs is the Natural History Museum - the collection is astounding. Lots of birds, animals, insects. Egg collection too. I loved it there. You can easily spend an hour or so looking everything over. Quite a place. Check for hours, they are a bit odd - not the usual 9-5. Worth visiting more than once.
I love it. I think it’s very cozy and there are a lot of books. Very quiet and you can study in peace.
Super-interesting! Wish we could have spent more than an hour. Bernadette was a great educator. Would like to go back.
Great selection of books and movies and I LOVE the museum! Staff members are friendly and welcoming, and my little daughter absolutely loves coming to the library each week for story time.
We went as a part of a GMC Natural Illustrations course field trip. I drew the large antelope, you may see where the staircase begins.
