Took my daughter here after a play thid past week. Good choices, we really rnjoyed the snow cones they jad sugar-free options also.

Great family fun and great snowballs and friendly folks. Can’t wait to be back soon! Had a great time with my lids last June.

Hate to say, but this was an awful experience. Paid for 6, but was only handed 5. Received the 6th, but 2 of them were not right. Soon as we left, wife noticed black hair in the snowball, so she didn't eat it. One and done, not to mention the high price for such a small cup.

The reason for the stars on food and service is because I received neither one. I was here on Friday 5/24/24 at approximately 3:30 pm. I pulled in to see about 8 people in line (I should have left then)but I got in line which needless to say was moving extremely slow. Finally the 2 people in front of me placed their order and I was filled with excitement knowing that I was next and after finally deciding what refreshing flavor that I wanted to try. Suddenly the window slides open and I see the attendant returning money to the customer in front of me. She then turns to me and says the ice machine is down and not working. Stopped here for the first time with my kids . the prices are fair and I love that they have stuff to do outside , I was just a little scared with the activities being right next to the road . My kids know better not to run to the road but you never know lol . The benches are a little wonky but it did the trick for the little time we were there .. talking to the young girl she was nice an patient with me which I appreciate because I thought we were ready but I then seen all the flavors lol .. it also smelt really clean when she opened the window so that a plus we will most likely be back..
