Peking Dragon Restaurant

We came to this restaurant to celebrate a birthday and we were glad we chose this spot. The interior is very nice and well-designed. They have a very extensive menu, which can accommodate anyone’s taste, and we really appreciated them having the Peking duck, which was delicious. The waiters are a bit detached. Overall, we enjoyed our visit.

We enjoyed lunch here. I'm gluten free and they accommodated me. The service was excellent. I enjoyed the Szechuan Beef. The lunch deal comes with egg roll and soup. They sang happy birthday and brought ice cream for a guest in our group.

March 2024 update-delightful! Wasn’t sure the new management/ownership was going to get it right, but I believe they have! A few additions to the menu, wonderful, attentive staff, good prices, huge portions, and absolutely delicious Chinese food. /// previous Review: Good food, reasonable prices, same ownership and location for 30 years 💕💕💕

Finally, Chinese food on West Coast thats pretty close to East coast style. It was a picture of an egg roll posted by a reviewer that compelled me to drive 35 min in opposite direction from where I was headed. The egg roll size and external texture were close, the filling lacked the spices but had cabbage, shrimp and crumpled pork. Served with hot mustard and duck sauce. A win in my book! Also had a glass Japanese plum wine. My entree was kung pao chicken. It was properly prepared. Every ingredient was diced and in relative size. Except the peanuts, of course. The aroma hit me first. I just breathed in the aroma for a moment before my first bite. No disappointment here. The decor was original late 80s booths and backing in pastel and muted colors like teal and dusty rose.

Years ago 2011 thru 2016 it had the very best food and staff under Shane! We had several boats on docks in Dana harbor and that was our go to bring aboard for dinner. We aren’t in SOCA any longer (sadly) but I am sad to know about this
