Peapod by Giant Food

We absolutely love Peapod! We can do all of our grocery shopping online (or on the app) and pick a convenient window of time for it to be delivered. Every delivery person that has shown up has been incredibly friendly with a great attitude. All the food we get has been fresh and high quality. Also, we just had our first meal kit, which was incredible and easily rivals the meals I’ve received from Blue Apron. All this at for a very reasonable delivery fee, well worth the convenience. Highly recommended service!!

Pharmacy staff are usually very nice ... salad bar needs attention (nice when fully stocked ... just not well stocked after 1 PM) ... parking is a bit of a pain as it's right there with a large shopping center, but not too bad. Selection is good overall.

Thankful for this service, but I request for Peapod to clarify the unattended delivery option to the public that there will still be knocking on the door even if it’s marked unattended delivery. Many people choose the unattended delivery option so there will be no intrusion (no loud knocking on the door). Every single time I have used Peapod, I have selected unattended delivery and every single time, the delivery drivers knock on the door (very loudly I might add) waking up the entire house. This has even happened when I have put a specific request in the notes not to knock.

Have used twice, they deliver within time frame promised and they communicate superbly...from "packed and ready to go" - to "on the way" - to "arrived"! Their delivery people are well-trained and courteous.

I was there to get some things and stopped at the deli to get some of their chicken salad, which is very good. I would recommend their chicken salad, because it tastes very good and get the rotessier one, which is $7.99 a pound.
