Pats Select Pizza | Grill

Aberdeen Pats is a joke. My family orders chicken parm sandwiches several times a month. The last 2 weeks the food and service have been worst then the typically chaotic nature of this establishment. We order 3 chicken parms this evening and the sandwiches were skimpy and mostly bread. While on the phone with the initial employee we were asked if we wanted the sandwiches remade or store credit for the inconvenience. We accepted the credit since one of the sandwiches had already been biten into and once they confirmed providing a credit the rest of the sandwiches were biten into. When the cashier (apparently a 17 year old) gets the manager Andrew a useless incompetent individual who doesn't honor what the cashier had previously offered BECUASE THE KITCHEN STATED THEY WERE MADE WITH EXTRA (T

We love Pat's Select! The restaurant is always clean, the staff extremely friendly, and the food always very good! Their prices are very reasonable too!

The food is great! The cheesesteak wrap is awesome! Chicken burrito bowl is also really good.

Nice store with house music, comfortable seats, order taker doesn’t know what she is selling, she wasn’t sure of anything and needed to ask the chef twice in a 3 minutes discussion about the items in the menu, I was clear when I told her that I don’t eat sweet and salty items and if the siratcha sauce is like that, she confirmed that it’s only spicy and it turned out that is was sweet, I ordered kabob shrimp and it was completely tasteless no marination at all to the shrimp and the presentation was very poor, not sure why but I use to order food from them and it used to be good

Service was great and the bathrooms were very clean. The pizza had a nice crust and tasted home made. It had just the right amount of salt. The Alfredo and Seafood pasta bith had good flavor. However, both sauces were a bit too thin for our liking. All in all, we would definitely come back on our next visit to APG to see our son.
