Pasta Rullo is my favorite spot to go for fresh pasta. They make fresh one every day. The selection is so good and pretty simple to pick! It is super clean and staff is friendly and kind. Highly recommend to check them out and try their pasta 🔝🔝🔝💎💎💎 amazing price point too for the quality, I am impressed and I will defiantly come back.

Pasta Rullo is a fast casual pasta place in the East Village that serves freshly-made pasta. it’s a cozy modern looking interior, brightly lit and a limited amount of seats. when i was there, the main food choices are either gnocchi Alfredo or fettuccine Alfredo for dine in or takeout. you can add additional sauces, veggies, or proteins at an additional cost for each item added. my takeout order: Fettuccine Alfredo with Walnut Pesto Sauce and Roasted Chicken. watched as the fettuccine came out of the manual pasta maker, went into boiling water to cook, then tossed into a cheese wheel to get Alfredo sauced, topped with Walnut Pesto sauce and roasted chicken. so yeah your order is cooked fresh in front of you…no shortcuts, but my order didn’t take that long. my food was packed neatly to go.

The perfect pasta, I’m so impressed. They make the noodles fresh in front of you, as well as the sauce bowl by bowl. Somehow they manage to be efficient while personalizing every single plate. Their flavors are perfect, I don’t have another word to describe it. Just delicate and seasoned wonderfully. The Rullo special pasta sauce is mildly spicy in the best way. 5 real stars for this one. Been back several times already, my new go-to.

100/10 ~ Fresh homemade pasta & ingredients/ along with plenty of toppings choices (additional charge for toppings ofc). Plain pasta is only $9.90 for a generous portioned bowl at least. Toppings range from $1-3 ea. extra item added depending on what it was, but it was so worth the price ! Super flavorful and the pasta was light on the stomach. I got mines with Fettuccine Alfredo ; Walnut Pesto Sauce , Basil Parmesan, Baby Mozzarella Balls, Chicken, & Broccoli.

Pasta Rullo is a fantastic spot for anyone who truly loves pasta. The pasta is fresh, the sauces are well-balanced, and the flavors are clean and spot-on. Portions are generous, and you can immediately taste the quality of the ingredients. Service is fast and the staff is very attentive. They serve classic Italian flavors in a modern and clean way. Definitely a place worth coming back to.
