Pasta Cafe Italian Bistro

I dined here three times during my 3 week stay in Roswell. I had the Ravioli Enchiladas the first time and it was amazing! Cheese raviolis topped with a New Mexico style sauce made for such a flavorful dish! The garlic butter rolls went really well with it. I believe my servers name was Lacie and she did a fantastic job making sure I had everything I needed. The second time I had the Green Chile Filet. That was also an amazing dish! Cooked to a perfect medium rare throughout and topped with a delicious green chile bernaise sauce. Magnificent! Since the filet was so awesome I tried the Blackened Ribeye on my third visit there. Honestly, we selected the Pasta Cafe Italian Bistro purely for the sign above the front entrance. The interior is quaint but can easily accommodate larger parties. The menu offers a combination of traditional Italian cuisine as well as fusion versions of traditional dishes. I opted for the traditional lasagna with a side ceasar salad. The salad was fresh with crisp lettuce and coated with the perfect combination of dressing and cheese. I don't think I could ever express how utterly delicious the lasagna was. While I admit the presentation was weak, the flavors were perfectly balanced. The sauce had the perfect blend of Italian spices to bring out the tang of the tomato, without being overly sweet. Good food and the portion is just the right amount not leaving too full or have to take some to go. Our server was great and friendly. The place feels classic.

Went for lunch, great prices food was delicious, very flavorful and filling. They actually had a changing station in the men's restroom which is amazing. Service was good resturant was clean.

A very quiet place with delicious food and first-class service. I absolutely loved the Fettuccine Alfredo; it was amazing. The staff was excellent and very attentive throughout the meal. As a small suggestion, I’m not a fan of the large paper covers used over the tablecloths, but the quality of the food and the service definitely make this a place I want to visit again. Highly recommended!
