My husband and I left NM due to military service. It was my mother-in-law's first birthday without my father-in-law so I wanted to make her birthday as happy as I could living 14 hours away. I was so fortunate to find MC Bakery, not only did she make the exact cake I requested but she also delivered the cake on A Sunday on her own time outside of her business hours. This cake was something my mother -in-law said she always wanted and MC Bakery nailed it with a halo and a smile!!!! Not only did my mother-in-law fall in love with the gorgeous cake but she described it best..."Oh my goodness It was delicious The frosting is light and creamy and the cake inside is just right It's not overbearing anything on it It was very good Thanks"! You are truly AMAZING we will be customers for life!!!
Miranda did amazing baby shower cake desserts cupcakes and table with sandwiches salami roses different crackers jams and jelly honey. Homemade Macroons everything tasted Delicious. Thank You for making my wife baby shower with our family and friends Prefect with balloons & balloon arch Table Decorations. Our son Name with muffins veggies fruits. Gorgeous Event. Thank You We Appreciate You. Many Blessings for Miranda at MC Bakery Amen. Also Did our son Birthday cake when we lived in Roswell. Delicious.
Miranda is amazing. She kept my daughter’s cake so simple yet elegant and included a smash cake which most bakeries that I called wanted to charge me extra for. She nailed the flavor and it was a total hit! My daughter loved her cake and enjoyed smashing the cake! Miranda communicated very well with me and sent me ideas and pictures of the cake and was always open to changes in design which honestly didn’t need it. She’s also an amazing person which helped bring my stress level of party planning down so much! I highly recommend her!
She made my sons 3rd birthday cake and it was absolutely amazing the flavor of the cake was so good!
She truly does incredible work! The cake and cake pops I got were super delicious! I'd highly recommend.
