My partner and three of my close friends and I had dinner here last night and the experience was incredible from start to finish. Pasta and… is a true hidden gem in Margate — small, slightly tucked away, and serving some of the most authentic Italian food I’ve had in South Florida. Honestly, it was the best pasta I’ve had in Florida. The ambiance inside is exquisite. The layout almost feels like a small maze with little pockets of tables, which creates a really private and intimate dining experience even when you’re with a small group. It made the whole evening feel cozy and special. The wine list is DEEP and clearly curated with care. The service was also top notch — attentive, warm, and knowledgeable without being intrusive. This is not Italian-American food — this is 100% real Italian cuisine, executed at the highest level. The pasta is freshly handmade, the flavors are incredible, and each dish is prepared with precision and passion. Don't let the strip mall location deter you! An amazing, cozy & charming restaurant serving dishes from Northern Italy. Service was impeccable with all staff ensuring every aspect of your meal was flawless while being gracious and with a smile. Dishes contain all homemade ingredients and were filled with flavor and the perfect serving size (with the exception of the salad which should be larger for the price - even more lettuce would help). There is both inside & outside seating with the outside being camouflage nicely from the parking area.

We have watched the evolution of this restaurant over the last 18 years. We have been there many, many times and I have decided to write a review now because I believe it is the best restaurant in South Florida. It is family owned and run. The atmosphere is elegant and sophisticated but the family touch makes you feel welcome and part of the family. The quality and presentation of the dishes are equal to the top restaurants around the world. The wine selection is amazing, some you can’t find in South Florida. They have a beautiful private room for any special occasion.
