MCK Food Truck

Family ran, nice personalities, and adaptive for those lactose intolerant customers. I came one night after riding around to get something from the gas station. I noticed this truck out front, so I looked it up and decided to give it a try. The cashier was lovely and refreshing. The Colombian burger??? Homegirl told me she didn't know everything in it because its exactly what the main customers eat in their home country, Columbia, so she never remembered the ingredients 'cause she never had to repeat them. Baby, that burger was HUGE! FULL OF FLAVOR AND PROTEIN. I'm still eating it. It's been a day. I recommend!

The amount of times I’ve passed by the food truck and didn’t think of stopping. Last night my husband was craving a Colombian burger and I searched google this food truck popped up, and we decided to go. Let me tell you something, what a great guy and great food. The beef emanadas, chicken empanadas, arepas, and coconut lemonade were delicious! The owner and staff were so professional and kind. I will be visiting here again as I really want to try the Columbian hamburger and hotdog.
