During my visit, I experience good customer service: employees are helpful and kind with navigating the menu. I really enjoy Buddha's Delight. The vegetables are so flavorful apart as well as together. I'm glad about finding a menu option with a mix of vegetables. I add Vegan chicken to my order for protein. The portion is so large, I think two people may share one order. The meal travels well. I literally eat the meal for breakfast the following day (no refrigeration though in a lower than room-like temperature atmosphere, indoors) and the meal holds together well even after about twelve hours. The establishment is pretty open, spacious, and offers a variety of indoor seating options. The establishment accepts different forms of payment.
Pasar Malam means night market, and the menu is extensive, not limited only to fried noodles and rice (although these options are wonderful and what my family went for). They also have a great drinks menu with milk teas and fruity iced drinks, the flavors will be new and interesting if you are only used to Chinese/Taiwan franchises. They also have a good dessert selection with both hot and cold desserts. Portions are generous, the dining space is well-lit and spacious, the food is bursting with flavor as expected of these two cuisines. Their curry is especially wonderful, if you do not want a full bowl I recommend ordering roti telur or canai which is served with a small curry for dipping. Fried noodles were perfect, well-sauced but retaining chewy texture and with that distinctive smoky t
We were there yesterday for Mother’s Day and are so glad we chose this place to celebrate! We came mainly for the cute kitten pudding and Thai tea shaved ice the kids saw on Instagram and wanted, but all the food turned out to be surprisingly good. Since it was Mother’s Day, we expected a long wait, but they managed everything really well! We were seated right away and received all our food in about 45 minutes. It was so cool that they have an open kitchen, and we were seated at one of the round tables, which gave us a great view how the food was prepared and served. If you are reading this, please make sure to try their Curry Jumbo Shrimp, it was probably the best curry we have ever had!
We last came to this location a few times when it was Penang. There new management, chef and menu and service standards are a lot different. Excellent menu, service and atmosphere. Try their Chicken Satay, Fried Egg Plant-Cilantro, Veg Fried Rice, Kari Sayur and Ginger Scallion Chicken. Loved it.
Came in around 6pm for dinner on Tuesday and was seated immediately. Wasn't busy at all. I've been here numerous times when it was Penang and was here for the first time after it changed over. Was nice to see the menu is relatively the same. The staff is way more attentive and I like how there's normal wooden chopsticks now instead of those huge plastic orange ones which was a pain to use. The food came out really quick. My favorite app is the Roti Canai. The bread has a wonderful texture and the curry sauce is very flavorful. For entrées we got the beef pad thai and the mee siam. The beef pad thai is great, noodles had nice texture and the dish isn't too sweet. I did find the beef to be a bit chewy but overall the pad thai had nice flavor. The mee siam also had nice flavor and crispy v
