Rickys Asian Fusion

We've been awaiting the opening and finally got to try. The food is good with nice size portions. There are still a few kinks to work out with online ordering so if you see a comments field use it to make sure stuff is showing up - like free pancakes if you have the right coupon. (They were happy to make them on the spot.) Did pay a little extra for brown rice that ended up being missing from order. Enjoyed the pancakes, chicken wings, general tso chicken, coconut shrimp and more.

If you are looking for the best Chinese food in the Princeton area, this is probably it . . . although I must say there is precious little Chinese food competition here. The restaurant is small, nicely and newly renovated, with top notch Chinese food. They do offer a variety of other Asian cuisines, but I have not tried them yet. Indeed when I feel like Thai food I typically go to their Thai restaurant just up the street in Skillman which is also very good. I've attached images of their broccoli with chicken, and eggplant with chicken. Both dishes were served piping hot, and were extremely tasty if a little on the sweet side. I've had takeout lunch as well which offered the same fine food although the portion sizes, and I presume the prices, were reduced.

Brand new joint, very polite staff, find it a bit pricey but the food all worth it, the appetizers are awesome yet to try more of their menu def a place to stop by and have a delicious meal!!

The food was absolutely delicious! I highly recommend everyone to try the Mango Shrimps – I’m more than sure this dish will become a bestseller. The atmosphere is made by the people: our waitress Lynn was lovely and checked on us several times to make sure everything was perfect. The owner of the restaurant was also there, which made us feel truly special. The prices are reasonable, the portions are big, and the food is full of flavor. The shrimp were fresh, juicy, and perfectly cooked!

The Hunan style dish had great depth of flavor. Fresh vegetables and perfectly cooked protein made it very enjoyable. Spice level was just right. Will definitely order again.
