I recently visited Parlor Donuts in Jacksonville after receiving countless recommendations, and I have to say, it did not disappoint! The customer service was truly top-notch—friendly, attentive, and full of great recommendations. The variety of donuts was impressive, with seasonal flavors that added an extra special touch. I loved it so much that we had to go back a second time before leaving Jacksonville. I'm thrilled that we now have a new location in Rochester, Minnesota, because I’ll definitely be visiting again. I can't wait until they open one here in the Cities—I’d love to enjoy these delicious donuts closer to home! Highly recommend Parlor Donuts for anyone who loves quality, creative flavors, and exceptional service.

Great selection ranging from uniquely flavored breakfast donuts to breakfast sandwiches and tacos, plus hearty donuts that can double as a meal—like the pepperoni option. The store is well laid out and features a spacious dine-in area to enjoy your food. They also offer an excellent rewards program. Prices are a bit on the higher side, but it’s still a solid spot to visit every once in a while.

The donuts were so delicious, but the customer service was lacking. They were fairly quick, but not very communicative or kind and patient. I felt very rushed to order and it seemed like they were annoyed even though they were friendly on the surface. A bit hard to explain, but I prefer the service at Foxtail coffee instead. The food here is unfortunately better though. I would get the doughnuts again for sure.

Amazing Donuts. Different style than a usual donut. Layered, but done really well. The cream topping on the Coconut Cream Donut is the best whip I’ve ever had. The breakfast sammies are good too. The latés, macchiatos and other espresso drinks are very good but the regular coffee was just ok. They are doing something special here. Constructive criticism = I feel that the TV Menu Display cheapens the vibe and would be better if hand written. They don’t really need acoustic treatment in there but they have cheap sound panels up. If they really wanted to tame the slight echo in the dining room they should use Owens Corning 703 acoustic panels.
