Parkway Bistro

So I got the chicken Parmesan, if I go to a restaurant and this is on the menu, this is what I get. Out the door it was $23 and some change but let me tell you this, hands-down the best chicken Parmesan I’ve ever had! The red sauce is absolutely amazing and the bread, I don’t really eat bread like that, but I had to stop myself for eating all of it. Do yourself a favor.

-Food- 5 stars. Compliments to the kitchen/chef for 4 great meals, reasonably priced and very good specials this evening. -Atmosphere- 1 star. Though the restaurant has two sides to it, we opted for a table right next to the bar (literally 2 feet away) to be able to take advantage of the happy hour pricing. Cocktails can be pricey at Pkwy Bistro. We made sure the hostess was aware of this. After ordering cocktails and the drinks were delivered, we were quickly scolded by a dark haired middle aged bartender/waitress that we were not entitled to happy hour pricing as we were not in the bar area that she motioned and outlined with her finger. We told her this was where we were sat by the hostess as the bar seating was all full. No apology, no understanding by this lady, no compromise, no noth

They answered the phone when I call to make a reservation and had me on hold for 15 minutes before I hung up. terrible customer service. Ok, so that night they were overwhelmed with phone calls and forgot that I was waiting. I get a call the next day apologizing for what happened and asking me if I would like to make a reservation. I was so impressed that they called me back to apologize. So I make a reservation for tonight and go there for the first time and I have to say the service and food was excellent. Things happen and what happened last night was a mistake on their part, but they fist up to it and apologize and and made good for what happened. So that is what I call customer service. Great place and Great food and I will definitely be back again

Wow! Look for a place to go Read the reviews and that's what made my decision and I am so glad. Where to begin a little place so you get personal service which was outstanding! Great menu selection They also have specials. Both my husband and my dish were phenomenal he got the steak and shrimp risotto I got a special. Sometimes when we eat out my husband doesn't get enough because the portions are so small. Not the case here. The portions are huge we both took some home. I highly recommend it trust me you will not be disappointed. Back again and just as wonderful as before

Called made reservations, Got there we were seated right away at entrance, waited 15 minutes no server other people came in sat next to us and got waited on ? So we got up and left very disappointed!! Been twice before food is Great, But not. Managed well at. All You Need a new maitre de!!
