We just had dinner at PARC to celebrate my husband’s birthday and honestly… 1000/10 experience. First of all, they decorated the table for his birthday, which was such an unexpected and thoughtful touch. It made the night feel incredibly special and personal, and I truly appreciated the effort. You don’t see that level of detail very often. The service was absolutely outstanding from beginning to end — warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming without ever feeling intrusive. The overall atmosphere feels quietly luxurious and very high-end, yet still comfortable. Now, the food… wow. Every single dish was a delight. An absolutely amazing and incredibly delicious restaurant! The staff is very welcoming and attentive, outstanding service. The filet mignon was perfectly cooked and full of flavor. The foie gras was exquisite, and the crème brûlée was the perfect ending to the meal. Everything was top-notch! Highly, highly recommend. Can we give more than five stars? Give them a Michelin star! 🌟

My fiance and I had an amazing experience at Parc. But it’s not just a one time thing. Every time we go in we are treated like family. The owners and staff are always so welcoming. The food is spectacular - one of the most sophisticated menus in Aspen along with their wine selection. This is a standout spot in Aspen we will continue to go to for years. Thank you for always providing a 6 star experience!

Parc Aspen is a MUST during your trip to Aspen! It is an absolutely stunning restaurant that pays so much attention to every detail and offers superb service! It is also delicious! The quality and time spent on every dish is like no other! Maryanne and Harley have spent so much time and effort on creating a space where you feel like home but also get the best service! They care about each and and every person that visits as well as their team and it shows. Please try the foie gras! It is out of this world! The 7x Wagyu Rib Eye is also amazing! It just melts in your mouth.

Aspen dining, generally, is above average. Nonetheless, this place sets itself apart as the absolute most impressive dining experience in town. Nothing quite compares, and you’ll find yourself passing up your old regular spots to go here instead.
