Papa's Subs & Pizza

I ordered 2 pepperoni strombolis 1 calzone, chicken alfredo with mushrooms pasta and garlic nuts. The price was fair the food portions were too and the food was delicious. Normally for a mom & pop pizza shops most think that the food portions are plentiful compared to the commercial stuff. The reality is these guys are trying to stay in business & times are rough. They do deliver, so you don't have to door dash. Thanks guys!

It’s a decent place if don’t mind paying a premium price for next to nothing. I’ve been there 2 times same experience as the first and will be my last. Try it for yourself and you be the judge. Food tastes ok. More ingredients on a frozen pizza from the IGA and 4 times the price.

Being new to Johnston County we searched for a pizza business that offered cauliflower crust. Thank goodness that Papa's Subs & Pizza offers it. I can continue eating pizza from time to time since I'm a Type 1 diabetic. Yousef was very friendly and answered any and every question asked. I felt bad for him since he was working by himself. Papa's has a Help Wanted sign in the front window. Anyone looking to make some extra money, come check Papa's out.

I ordered delivery today around 1pm. I didn’t get my order until 2:30. That’s way too long and I live like 3 minutes away. I ordered 6 wings extra crispy and extra wet and my wings were dry and barely any sauce on them and I also got garlic knots and they were also dry with hardly any butter and garlic and there was only 5 when I paid for 6 knots! A lot of sauce spilled all over inside the bag they put it in and the delivery driver still gave it to me while it was leaking.. very disappointing. My pizza barely had pepperoni on it and I paid an extra 1.50 to have pepperoni on my pizza and it barely had any on it. I’ve ordered food from here a few times and every time I do they always get something wrong with my order. I will no longer order from here again. This was the last straw for me.

Make sure you check your order before leaving this place or you might not get what you ordered, as I come to find out. For one, they got my hot sandwich wrong, and then I checked my pizza for the extra cheese I paid for, and apparently they must have dusted it with cheese. I am so disappointed in them. I won't order pizza from them again unless I want to chew on leather. I took a picture of the pizza for you to try and find the runny cheese I had expected.
