Employees are great. Owner might be considered overly-concerned about margins. The sausage has been subpar for the 29 years I've been patronizing the company. The bilingual sign that they don't cook the pizzas there is awesome on multiple levels. Jalapeños should be a topping option. High quality ingredients. A similarly named competitor company has an axiom as a slogan that it doesn't follow. It would be much more appropriate for this place.
Excellent on-line order platform. Easy to order extra ingredients to a pizza. Easy to customize a pizza. Also, the special discount was a bonus. I especially liked the freshness of the veggie toppings for the pizza. Thanks you for a gourmet dinner.
Ok...I just have to say this. Usually everything is fine...but this particular time, I asked for original crust, I got thin. Then, what really puzzled me...the paper with instructions was ON THE PIZZA!!! Not between the plastic as usual. No...ON THE PIZZA. IT WAS SOGGY when I removed it. I almost threw the entire pizza away. But it's paper and the pizza must be cooked. But...not happy with that. I won't order online anytime soon. Probably best to go and watch them make it. Yea. I'll do that.
Truly appreciate when someone else makes dinner, and everyone is happy because it's sooooo delicious! Thanks, Papa Murphy's! You're the best!
I placed an order for a veggie pizza and put in customization to remove onions and green peppers, only to open it up to see a lot of them on my pizza. Had to pick them off before I could cook it which is very disappointing since they make it to order
