Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza

Met Eric the owner in the store today. He's the real deal.He loves what he does, and he makes an awesome pizza. Consistent quality, excellent pizza you take home and bake. I love that. We only eat Papa Murphy's now. Fresh homemade. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Love the deals they text you if you sign up for them. Salads are fresh and tasty. Cinnamon Wheel dessert is crazy good as well as the cheesy bread.

This is a very sad review to have to write. I've been going to Papa Murphy's for close to a decade now and can no longer visit this place anymore. The food quality has gone down. The lack of service has gone down. I just got one keto bowl and two large pizzas and it cost me $54....... That's absolutely absurd. I don't know if the prices have changed but this is no longer even an affordable place for the quality that you're getting.

Foods always good. Service excellent. Enjoyed the 5 meat stuffed and chicken , bacon, artichoke, spinach pizzas! YUMMMM

The concept here is interesting, taking the pizza home and having it freshly baked is a cool idea. Unfortunately, the execution just isn’t there. The pizza itself was very bland, lacking flavor and overall low in quality. Honestly, it was one of the least tasty pizzas I’ve had. To make matters worse, the staff felt just as bland, inattentive, not welcoming, and clearly not engaged. Creative concept, but if the food and service don’t deliver, it doesn’t matter. Pretty disappointing experience.

I was so looking forward to their pizza after being gone for 6 yrs. I ordered a thick crust lrg and before I walked out the door I verified that it was a thick crust and they assured me it was. after cooking it the required amount of time it ended up being a super thin crust. I am unable to eat thin crust, I called and all she did was offer a 25% discount on my next order. I can assure you I will not be back again I was so disappointed.
