Dutch Bros Coffee

I had such a great experience at Dutch Bros! The staff is super friendly and welcoming, they really make you feel taken care of. On my very first visit they even gave me a free coffee just for trying them out, which I thought was awesome. Since then, I’ve tried the Annihilator, the Kicker, and the Double Torture. All were really good, but the Double Torture is definitely my favorite! Great service, amazing staff, and solid coffee, I’ll definitely be back.

I never thought that I'd be paying through the nose for a cup of coffee but their rewards system and sales make it affordable to treat myself every now and then and it's definitely worth it. I had never even been to a Dutch Brothers up until six or seven months ago courtesy of a co-worker. The order a head feature makes it feasible for me to make it there and back to work on my break, definitely a plus.

I normally love Dutch Bros., but I’m sorry to say this was not the Dutch experience we are used to. Waited 22 minutes in a long car line to discover it was the staff person at the window chatting with customers while the 10 cars in line were waiting. (As witnessed by the cars immediately in front of us. Not large orders.) I love great, friendly service, but would really appreciate the line management and efficiency that we experience at all other Dutch Bros as well.

I usually get the best customer service from your team but there’s one girl that’s always cocky and having attitude when we go. i dont complain about really anything but when we get her it happens way to often, we figured she would stop but hasn’t. i don’t know her name but i can describe her she has like bleached curly hair she has like a round type face she seems about 5’7 height this happened 02-17-2026 9:45pm like said it has happened so many times and we asked if one of our drinks were blended and she said and i quote “i literally read it back to you.” with an attitude. we also repeated our order to her and still got it wrong. she has done this multiple times. she then proceeded to talk to her coworker knowing we can hear her.

The baristas were rude. My boyfriend and I were going to the Dutch for our 2 year anniversary today, and I had ordered a drink that had something extra to make it sweet. The woman that took my order wasn’t rude, but she wasn’t friendly either. I pulled up to the window and I get a few looks from the Baristas inside. In their defense, they made my order quickly and what they made was correct. After receiving my drink, I was told that I am a “freak” for what I ordered, by a Barista that had to have been early to mid 20s and a short pixie hair cut. At first I thought it was a joke, but no one was laughing or even smiling, and I felt attacked. I have never experienced anything like this. I am a Barista myself elsewhere, so I know what it’s like, and how hard a job like this can be. I have neve
